 Nabeela:

- Teaching in the same college she was studying.

- (Not sure) If she actually did work at any other place before coming back to teach at manipal.

- Heard from people*  she was was book crammer.

- Which can be seen in her teaching style. It seems as if a book is speaking. No feel comes with her when teaching concepts. 

( I remember my days as a student in class 9-12th especially 11th and 12th. The way Ashish Sir, Adarsh Sir, Dheeraj ❌ [The other maths teacher {of Kaustaubh}] taught and made us feel the concepts was amazing)

- Plus her speed of speaking while teaching is insane. (Before our batch, she was even worse) Source: People*

My Suggestion :

Remember the Online Anatomy classes we had before coming to manipal. The M.Sc. students taught us and Shruti ma'am was still there as a supervisor. (Just as we have our monday first Aid ppt. classes.)

I think that would be a better way. The classes will be damm more interactive and enjoyable. AND one thing I am very certain about is that the average learning takeaway of the class will be more!

Chakravarthi :

- Doesn't even have a personality of a teacher.

- Teaching in the same college you graduated from. Not even worked anywhere else! #inexperienced

- Subjects that were taught by him like Sports Coaching And PAHD; ruined them totally. These subjects are like G.K. subjects, not like other typical subject. The classes in these subjects can be so interactive; And he just has a wasteful effort and attitude towards teaching. 

eg. (Aman, I don't know rgt now but it would be better if you actually state an class time scenario in his class. What he was teaching and according to you How it could be done WAY better.)

 My suggestion: 

Same as above!

Let our seniors teach us instead of teaching through ppt. in their own batch's classes!
