Q. When life breaks you. When you are mentally upset. What should be done?
A. Talk to a person (parents, friends. college teacher)
B. In times of despair, darkness and doubt. Focus on the work I show up and I work and I work and I work.
C. Talk to good people.
q. What do you mean by good people? Ans. People who have actually become your friends. You literally care about them. They care about you.
Q. Right now, who you can say is literally your friend?
Okay...................let's do an activity.

Eg. Basketball guys, Start-up guys, thespians guys, Literary guys, ESS guys, seniors,
and the group which at least I have attachment to:
